Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Minute Maid® Heart Wise® Orange Juice
- 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
- 1 cup Craisins® dried cranberries, orange flavor
- Rosemery, fresh, 15-20 small leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- Pinch cayenne pepper
Directions
- Dissolve cornstarch in ¼ cup orange juice.
- Place remaining orange juice, Craisins, rosemary, salt and pepper in a sauce pan. Heat to medium and bring to a gentle boil while stirring frequently.
- Pour cornstarch mixture into boiling juice mixture. Continue to boil and stir until thickened.
Serve with broiled, grilled or baked salmon. Portion 4 oz. glaze per 4 oz. serving of salmon
