Black beans contain insoluble fiber, a key component to keeping cholesterol at bay. What better partner than this salsa for our cholesterol-lowering tortilla chips!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans black beans, rinsed
  • 1 can white corn, rinsed
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 4 Tbs. lime juice
  • 2 Tbs. vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together and serve as a dip or side salad alongside Corazonas Squeeze of Lime or Black Bean & Cheese Tortilla Chips.
