Ingredients:
- 2 cans black beans, rinsed
- 1 can white corn, rinsed
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 4 Tbs. lime juice
- 2 Tbs. vinegar
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and serve as a dip or side salad alongside Corazonas Squeeze of Lime or Black Bean & Cheese Tortilla Chips.
